Моделирование процесса гидрирования высших алкадиенов с учетом селективного осернения катализатора

Abstract

Рассмотрены термодинамические и кинетические закономерности превращения серосодержащих соединений на катализаторе гидрирования высших алкадиенов, оценены константы равновесия реакций. Учет в модели влияния дозированного осернения никелевого контакта позволил определить количество остаточного содержания серы в зависимости от температуры в реакторе, от расхода водорода и влажности сырья. Pассчитаны оптимальные условия ведения промышленного процесса и выполнена оценка экономической эффективности от перехода на оптимальный режим.
