Abstract

Evaluation, ob zwischen virtuell nativen (VB) und nativen Bildern (NB) ein signifikanter Unterschied hinsichtlich der Dichtewerte besteht. VB wurden aus der venösen (Vv) Kontrastmittelphase rekonstruiert. Dazu wurden leberspezifische VB generiert (VL). Die Dichtewerte wurden mittels regions of interest auf den VB und NB (u.a. Leber, Milz, Fettgewebe) gemessen/ verglichen. Die Differenzen der Mittelwerte der Dichte gemessen in den NB/Vv-/VL-Bildern sind in allen Geweben signifikant. In der Leber und Milz besteht zwischen den NB und beiden VB eine geringe mittlere Abweichung. Hinsichtlich der im Fettgewebe festgestellten mittleren Abweichung besteht ein Unterschied zwischen Vv- und VL-Bildern. Zwar bestehen signifikante Unterschiede zwischen den Dichtewerten gemessen auf NB und VB, die geringe mittlere Abweichung lässt jedoch eine gute klinische Anwendbarkeit vermuten. Die niedrige mittlere Abweichung der Messungen im Fettgewebe lässt eine Überlegenheit in fetthaltigen Geweben erahnen.
