Abstract

In the modern world, the basis of the HR system in Kazakhstan has grown significantly. She showed how important and effective and, most importantly, important, productive work on the selection of qualified personnel is. This is a whole range of work done, ranging from the search for a qualified and professional candidate according to a selected application, or rather, under the special instructions and requirements of the employer, to the consent and satisfaction of both parties, both the employer and the employee himself.

В современном мире основа системы HR в Казахстане заметно выросла. Она показала, насколько важна и эффективна и самое главное немаловажна, продуктивна работа по подбору квалифицированного персонала. Это целый спектр проделанной работы, начиная от поиска квалифицированного и профессионального кандидата по отобранной заявке, а точнее, под особые указания и требования работодателя до согласия и удовлетворения обеих сторон, что работодателя, что и самого работника.
