
The article presents a structural and content model of the formation of readiness for quality management of education among the administrative and managerial personnel of the university, including a meaningful and evaluative characteristic of the interrelated structural components of this readiness, mechanisms and principles of its formation.
В статье представлена структурно-содержательная модель формирования у административно-управленческого персонала вуза готовности к управлению качеством образования, включающая содержательную и оценочную характеристику взаимосвязанных структурных компонентов данной готовности, механизмы и принципы ее формирования.
