Abstract

The competitive movement is inextricably linked with the professional development of teachers who wish to improve their competence. Organizational and methodological support should be aimed at building a line of advancement along the growth vector - from participation in the competition of pedagogical skills at the level of an educational organization to participation in a competition at the All-Russian level (the level of an educational organization - participation in competitions on Internet portals - competitions of the municipal stages - regional competitions - all-Russian competitions).
