Международное правопреемство в отношении государственных архивов: аспекты правового регулирования

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются особенности правопреемства государственных архивов в международном праве. Уделено особое внимание аспектам регулирования соответствующего вопроса государствами-участниками СНГ после распада СССР. Обращено внимание на проблемные стороны во взаимодействии Российской Федерации с другими странами в области возвращения/ перемещения государственных архивов бывшего СССР.
