Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы комплектования, хранения и использования фондов и документов в архивных учреждениях. Автором подчеркивается значимость развития архивов в соответствии с современными требованиями. Среди проблем выявляются несовершенство законодательной базы, недостаток материальных ресурсов и существование рисков потери документов.
