
В статье сделана попытка обобщения некоторых результатов современных исследований, посвященных вопросу изучения корпоративной культуры вуза. Рассмотренные модели и соответствующие им методики не позволяют в достаточной мере определить те возможности, которые предоставляет корпоративная культура университета своим преподавателям. Предложенная автором модель корпоративной культуры вуза и разработанная методика положены в основу проведения экспериментальной работы, результаты которой позволяют определить составляющие корпоративной культуры преподавателя
The article attempts to summarize some results of the modern studies on organizational culture in higher education institutions. The analyzed models and corresponding methods do not allow for proper determination of the opportunities which the university organizational culture provides for its lecturers. The university organizational culture model and methods developed by the author formed the basis of an experimental work which results help to identify the components of the lecturer’s organizational culture
