Современные аспекты формирования компетенций у педагогов в области качества образования

Abstract

В статье анализируются профессиональные компетенции педагога, заложенные в Профессиональном стандарте педагога, и определяются те компетенции, которыми он должен обладать для повышения качества образования. Выявленные компетенции позволяют внести изменения в образовательные программы профессиональной подготовки и дополнительные образовательные программы повышения квалификации педагога

The article analyzes educators’ professional competences written in Рrofessional Standards and depicts the competences which are a must to improve the quality of education. The identified competences contribute to the changes into educational and vocational programmes as well as professional teacher development programmes
