
This article examines the problem associated with a decrease in the level of health of students studying in non-physical education institutions. The features in the formation of motivation for physical education among students of a non-core university are highlighted. The relevance of health-oriented physical education classes is explained, their types, goals, and content are presented.
В данной статье рассматривается проблема, связанная со снижением уровня здоровья студенческой молодежи, обучающихся в нефизкультурных вузах. Выделены особенности в формировании мотивации к занятиям физической культурой у студентов нефизкультурного вуза. Объясняется актуальность здоровьеориентированных занятий физической культурой, представлены их виды, цели, содержание.
