Непрерывное образование: проблема повышения квалификации педагогических кадров

Abstract

In this article the needs of modern education as a sociocultural phenomenon of the Russian validity are considered, author's definition of basic concepts of the problem is given. Experience of the organization of system of improvement of professional skill of pedagogical workers of MEE HES Nq 6 in Ekaterinburg is described. Results of experiment with formation professional competence of the worker in conditions of a comprehensive school are given.

В статье рассматриваются потребности современного образования как социокультурный феномен российской действительности, дается авторское определение основополагающих понятий данной проблемы. Описан опыт организации системы повышения квалификации педагогических работников МОУ СОШ № 6 г. Екатеринбурга. Приведены результаты эксперимента по формированию профессиональной компетентности работника в условиях общеобразовательной школы.
