Abstract

The article deals with the issues of human environmental safety and the formation of a sustainable interest in a healthy diet. An analysis of the chemical composition of fruit and berry raw materials from the Ural region is presented, drinks with antioxidant activity have been developed. The principles of the formation of health-saving thinking and food culture are considered.

В работе рассматриваются вопросы экологической безопасности человека и формирование устойчивого интереса к здоровому рациону. Представлен анализ химического состава плодово-ягодного сырья Уральского региона, разработаны напитки, обладающие антиоксидантной активностью. Рассмотрены принципы формирования здоровьесберегающего мышления и культуры питания.
