Abstract

Главным препятствием в процессе перехода от бумажного документооборота к электронному, является отсутствие или недостаток компьютерной грамотность у или квалификации сотрудников предприятий. Эти трудности можно решить благодаря введению искусственного интеллекта (ИИ)-учителя по работе в системе электронного документооборота (ЭДО). ИИ-учитель должен обладать рядом функциональных возможностей для упрощения работы с ЭДО.
