Проектирование модели методической работы педагога посредством информального образования

Abstract

The analysis of practical experience of designing a model of methodical pedagogical work on elimination of professional competences deficits, implemented on the basis of non-formal education in the digital educational environment is presented. The organizational structure of multilevel model of methodical pedagogical work by means of non-formal education is offered and substantiated, managerial functions of each level are characterized. The article formulates requirements to organization of the main measures of the model, gives recommendations on realisation of the cognitive activity of the teacher in the digital educational environment by means of non-formal education.

Представлен анализ практического опыта проектирования модели методической работы учителя по ликвидации дефицитов профессиональных компетенций, реализуемой на основе информального образования в цифровой образовательной среде. Предложена и обоснована организационная структура многоуровневой модели методической работы учителя средствами информального образования, охарактеризованы управленческие функции каждого из уровней. Сформулированы требования к организации основных мероприятий модели, даны рекомендации по реализации познавательной активности учителя в цифровой образовательной среде средствами информального образования.
