
This article is devoted to identifying the problem of assessing the quality and achieving the effectiveness of distance education, namely, assessing the quality of the use of information technologies in higher education. On the basis of statistical and graphical methods of analysis, the results of comparison of teaching the traditional method - offline with the distance - online are presented.
Статья посвящена выявлению проблемы оценки качества и достижения результативности дистанционного образования, а именно оценки качества использования информационных технологий в высшем образовании. На основе статистического и графического методов анализа приведены результаты сравнения обучения традиционного метода - офлайн с дистанционным - онлайн.
