
Each stage of social development generates the unique requirements to an education system; this process is dialectic: not only the society defines a development of education, but also the education promotes improvement of the personality and society. Considerable milestone of national educational policy is the Federal law «About education in the Russian Federation» No. 273-FZ. As the basic principles of a state policy the Law proclaims priority of education in society and its humanistic character; revives traditional national treatment of education as unities of education and training; reflects an objective tendency of an injection ethic into education. Authors analyze problems of an education system and their solutions in the Law context.
Проанализированы проблемы системы образования и пути их решения в контексте Федерального закона «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» № 273-ФЗ, который в качестве основных принципов государственной политики провозглашает приоритетность образования в обществе и его гуманистический характер; возрождает традиционную национальную трактовку образования как единства воспитания и обучения; отражает объективную тенденцию этизации сферы образования.
