Abstract

Статья посвящена особой ветви учебных заведений советского профессионально-технического образования – ведомственным ФЗУ. Сохранение таких учебных заведений, наряду с централизованной системой профессионально-технического образования актуализирует исследование проблемы преимуществ гибких и адаптированных к нуждам конкретного производства небольших учебных заведений, особенно в отраслях с преобладанием относительно небольших производств (легкой, пищевой и др.). Вместе с этим автором выявлены и слабые стороны, присущие такому типу учебных заведений.
