
The article is devoted to the problems of the development of environmental education and training in Russia. Research methods: general scien tific (analysis, synthesis, comparison), special legal (comparative law, interpretation). The variety of approaches to the definition of the concepts of «environmental education» and «environmental education» is revealed both in the scientific literature and in the legislation. The proposals for improving the system of environmental education and training aimed at the development of environmental culture and environmental literacy of the population are formulated.
Статья посвящена проблемам развития экологического воспитания и образования в России. Методы исследования: общенаучные (анализ, синтез, сравнение), специально юридические (сравнительного правоведения, толкования). Выявлено многообразие подходов к определению понятий «экологическое образование», «экологическое воспитание» как в научной литературе, так и в законодательстве. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию системы экологического воспитания и образования влияние, направленные на развитие экологической культуры и экологической грамотности населения.
