Abstract

The article raises an issue of the necessity to improve the technology of the university students’ professional and moral culture formation. The author considers teachers’ personal behavior examples and students’ proactive perception of the universally accepted principles of business communication to be the means of stimulating the students’ professional and moral self-education. Ethnic adaptation of the existing business communication principles to the Russian conditions is emphasized. To achieve this goal, students must learn and accept values of the homeland moral culture. A definition of the employee’s professional and moral culture essence is offered
