Системный подход к анализу инновационной деятельности на предприятии и в вузе

Abstract

Низкая инновационная активность предприятий обусловлена невысоким качеством управления инновационным развитием и его аналитического обеспечения. В статье рассмотрены существующие подходы к измерению и оценке эффективности инновационной деятельности. Предлагается системный подход к построению оценочных показателей. Приведены алгоритмы их расчета. Определены направления использования системы аналитических показателей. Выявлены недостатки в научно-инновационной деятельности вузов, их причины. Показаны возможности использования механизма трансфера.
