Развитие физических качеств у детей 5-6 лет

Abstract

Важнейшей задачей, определяющей особую значимость физического воспитания как основы всестороннего развития, является формирование здорового, крепкого, закаленного, жизнерадостного, отзывчивого, инициативного ребенка, хорошо владеющего своими движениями любящего спортивные и физические упражнения способного к обучению в школе и к активной последующей творческой деятельности. Дошкольный возраст обоснованно считается наиболее важным периодом в процессе формирования личности человека. Цель: обосновать эффективность предложенного комплекса упражнений, направленного на развитие физических качеств у детей дошкольного возраста на занятиях физической культурой.
