Опыт формирования у детей 6–8 лет представлений о травмоопасности акробатических движений

Abstract

Практически любой вид спорта в большей или меньшей степени травмоопасен, так как связан с большими психическими и физическими нагрузками в непривычных условиях. Особое значение имеет травмоопасность в акробатике. Несмотря на то что юные спортсмены и родители детей, занимающихся акробатикой, должны осознавать, что травмы неизбежны, тренеры и инструкторы должны формировать у детей представления о травмоопасных акробатических номерах и тем самым снижать подверженность опасности, а для этого необходимы исследования в области борьбы с травмоопасностью в акробатике. В свете этого опыт, приобретенный в спорте и тренерской работе, имеет особое значение.
