Особенности социально-профессиональной адаптации студентов-менеджеров

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы профессиональной адаптации и дезадаптации в контексте профессионального образования будущих менеджеров. Проанализированы проявления дезадаптации на различных уровнях, приведены результаты исследования, которые позволяют выделить показатели успешной социально-профессиональной адаптации, а также «мишени» коррекционно-развивающего воздействия на этапе профессиональной подготовки и адаптации студентов к учебно-профессиональной деятельности

The paper deals with issues of formation of managers-to-be as they participate in a manager education programme. The research data provided allow to define both criteria of successful career opportunities and drawbacks to be improved
