Abstract

The article deals with the issues of socialization and pre-professional socialization of the individual based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience. The formation of pre-professional socialization is one of the tasks of the society, which will solve the issues of productive self-determination of trainees and effective filling of the labor market with labor resources.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы социализации и предпрофессиональной социализации личности на основе анализа зарубежного и отечественного опыта. Формирование предпрофессиональной социализации является одной из задач общества, которая позволит решить вопросы продуктивного самоопределения обучаемых и эффективного наполнения трудовыми ресурсами рынка труда.
