Abstract

В статье представлены результаты эмпирического психолого-педагогического исследования морально-нравственного самосознания трудновоспитуемых подростков, обоснована необходимость создания постпенитенциарной системы для оказания поддержки подросткам-правонарушителям, предлагается программа предупреждения рецидивной преступности.
