Методика преподавания курса «Земельное право» в педагогическом вузе

Abstract

Работа посвящена вопросам преподавания курса земельного права на основе федерального государственного образовательного стандарта. Состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованной литературы и приложения. Целью данной работы является изучение технологии организации лекционных и семинарских занятий курса земельного права, изучение проблемы разработки оценочных средств. В работе рассмотрены лекционные занятия как метод организации обучения, семинарские занятия как метод организации обучения, бально-модульная система как организация самостоятельной работы студентов, фонд оценочных средств как систематический контроль уровня учебных достижений студентов на разных стадиях изучения дисциплины, типовые контрольные задания.
