Abstract

Проектирование индивидуальных образовательных траекторий представляет собой актуальную проблему модернизации профессионально-образовательного процесса. Сущностью этого проектирования является прогнозирование субъектом образования своего профессионального будущего. Выбор траектории зависит от ценностно-смысловой ориентации обучающихся, наличием альтернативных образовательных программ и востребованностью получаемой специальности. Проектирование индивидуальных образовательных траекторий определяется оптимальным соотношением внешних и внутренних условий прогнозирования непрерывного социально-профессионального образования, и также психологикой становления личности

Designing of individual educational trajectories is a topical issue of modernization of vocational education process. The essence of this design is the prediction of the subject of education of their professional future. The choice trajectory depends on the of value-semantic orientations of students, the availability of alternative educational programs and demand for their specialty. Designing of individual educational trajectories determined the optimal ratio of internal and external environment forecasting of continuous of social and vocational training, and also psihologic of personality
