Оценка влияния дождевых червей на содержание некоторых катионов в лугово-черноземной почве Омской области с помощью метода капиллярного зонного электрофореза

Abstract

Методом капиллярного зонного электрофореза определено содержание катионов Са2+, Mg2+, Na+, К+ и NH4+ в водных вытяжках из проб лугово-черноземной почвы Омской области, взятых на глубине 5, 10 и 15 см. Статистически показано, что в отсутствие дождевых червей катионы распределены по слоям почвы приблизительно равномерно. В результате жизнедеятельности дождевых червей Eisenia nordenskioldi , Lumbricus rubellus и Aporrectodea caliginosa содержание ионов Na+ в поверхностном слое почвы достоверно повышается. Изменения в распределении других ионов специфичны для червей каждого вида.
