
The lack of correlation between the society requirements for the teachers' law competence and the existing model of law training conditioned the choice of the research subject. The latter includes the opportunities and results of implementing the complex of professionally-oriented law problems in educational processes. The re search objective is viewed as substantiation of the suggested model developing teachers' law competence and based on the complex in question. The methodology of the research compiles the systematic, activity and competence approaches. The paper considers the research results: the essence of teachers' law competence is specified, its structural components, the development levels and stages being outlined. The main emphasis is given on the detailed analysis of the law problems complex as the essential component of law education, while the functional orientation, complexity levels, subject content and ways of solution are considered to be the typology items.
Выбор темы исследования, которому посвящена статья, обусловлен проблемой несоответствия требований общества к уровню правовой компетентности педагога имеющимся в настоящее время моделям правовой подготовки. Предметом исследования стали возможности и результаты использования в образовательном процессе комплекса профессионально-ориентированных правовых задач, целью - обоснование модели формирования правовой компетентности педагога на основе использования названного комплекса. Методологическую основу научной работы составили положения системного, деятельностного и компетентностного подходов. В статье отражены результаты выполненного исследования: уточнена сущность правовой компетентности педагога, выделены ее структурные компоненты, определены уровни сформированности, обозначены этапы процесса формирования.
