Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of pedagogical culture of future teachers in the process of interiorization of artistic values that are presented to students, future primary school teachers, in the process of mastering the content of courses of artistic and aesthetic disciplines. A brief description of the principle of unity of rational and emotional in the formation of future teachers ' professional motivation and professional culture is given, and four directions of implementation of this principle are highlighted. The features of the psychological impact of art on the teacher's personality through the mechanisms of isolation and identification of the artistic image are indicated.

Статья посвящена проблеме формирования педагогической культуры будущих учителей в процессе интериоризации художественных ценностей, которые предъявляются студентам, будущим учителям начальных классов, в процессе ос-воения содержания курсов художественно-эстетических дисциплин. Дается краткая характеристика принципа единства рационального и эмоционального в формировании у будущих учителей профессиональной мотивации и профессиональной культуры, выделены четыре направления реализации этого принципа. Обозначены особенности психологического воздействия искусства на личность учителя через механизмы обо-собления и идентификации художественного образа.
