Педагогический аспект фармакологической поддержки в спорте

Abstract

На сегодняшний день в теории физической культуры и спорта наблюдается необоснованный дифферент в сторону биологии, смещающий акцент с совершенствования человека через спортивную деятельность на адаптацию организма человека к экстремальным нагрузкам. Понимание сути формирования тренировочных эффектов, не только в биологическом, но и в педагогическом аспекте, позволяет оптимизировать фармакологическую поддержку спортсменов в условиях экстремальных нагрузок.
