Abstract

The article examines the potential of the program of psychological and pedagogical support aimed at overcoming intercultural intolerance by developing coping behavior and coping strategies in students. The program is aimed at full coverage of students from 1st to 11th grade throughout the school year and provides a number of various incoming, milestone and final control diagnostics to determine its effectiveness. The program under consideration provides a description of the specifics of the implementation procedure by involving all parties of the educational process (the teaching staff and management of the educational organization, students and their parents) in it.

В статье рассматриваются потенциал программы психолого-педагогического сопровождения, нацеленный на преодоление межкультурной интолерантности путем развития у обучающихся совладающего поведения и копинг стратегий. Программа нацелена на полный охват обучающихся с 1 по 11 класс в течении всего учебного года и предусматривает ряд разнообразных входящих, рубежных и итоговых контрольных диагностик для определения ее эффективности. Рассматриваемая программа предусматривает описание особенностей процедуры реализации, путем вовлечения в нее всех сторон образовательного процесса (педагогический состав и руководство образовательной организации, обучающиеся и их родители).
