
The article describes the verbal genres of business and official style as complex communicative events, and also analyses peculiarities of such verbal genres. The author suggests genre and communicative-activity approach in teaching of Business communication course that includes interactive game methodics. The presented business game allows to provide co-working of students in creative groups and to develop their communicative competency.
В статье рассматриваются устные жанры официально-делового стиля как сложные коммуникативные события и их особенности. Предлагаются жанровый и коммуникативно-деятельностный подходы в обучении деловому общению с использованием игровых методик. Представлено описание деловой игры, которая позволяет обеспечить работу студентов в творческой группе, формируя коммуникативную компетенцию.
