В настоящее время проблема формирования эффективной управленческой команды носит актуальный характер, это можно заметить исходя из того, что данным вопросом до сих пор занимаются многие ученые. Следует отметить, что от степени эффективности управленческой команды зависят судьбы людей, их безопасность, благосостояние.
