Abstract

В монографии впервые представлены материалы об этнопедагогических основах традиционного физического воспитания коренных народов Сибири: о самобытных средствах и методах закаливания, физической подготовки к промысловой деятельности, традиционных играх и состязаниях. Большая часть материалов записана в полевых условиях - в экспедициях по северу региона. Книга предназначена для преподавателей факультетов физической культуры, учителей физической культуры, тренеров по национальным видам спорта, для всех, кому интересны народная педагогика физического воспитания, традиционные игры и состязания.
