Рассмотрены наиболее актуальные проблемы подготовки рабочих кадров в современной России в контексте осуществляемых реформ системы профессионального образования и роль мастера производственного обучения в этом процессе. Особое внимание уделено правовым аспектам трудовой деятельности мастеров производственного обучения как профессиональной группы. Адресована педагогам, научным работникам, аспирантам и студентам сферы профессионально-педагогического образования
