Статья посвящена проблеме профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов в вузе. Особое внимание уделяется анализу накопленного в российской науке опыта построения системы социального образования и выявления, необходимых будущему специалисту, умений и навыков для качественного выполнения своих профессиональных обязанностей. При этом акцент делается на гуманистической направленности деятельности педагогов.
