Abstract

This article deals with the question of language and cultures study as the main direction of modern education, which determines the nature of the sociolinguistic approach. The necessity of learning a foreign language by future specialists for active and meaningful cooperation in the modern multicultural world is justified. Special attention is paid to the sociolinguistic approach, which involves the formation of a new type specialist.
