Abstract

Предметом исследования, отраженного в статье, является процесс консолидации учреждений профессионального образования, обеспечивающих воспроизводство квалифицированных рабочих, техников-технологов, педагогов профессионального обучения. Тема работы – формирование согласованных механизмов набора абитуриентов и подготовки студентов с учетом требований работодателей в условиях профилированного кластера. Цель – теоретико-практическое изучение, обобщение и прогнозирование развития опыта Профессионально-педагогического института Челябинского государственного педагогического университета по взаимодействию с социальными партнерами. В качестве основных методов исследования применялись анализ педагогической периодики и научной литературы по проблеме, моделирование, конструирование, социально-педагогический консилиум, рефлексия кластерных отношений, оптимизация образовательного процесса в создаваемых кластерных подсистемах.

The subject of the research presented in the paper involves the consolidation process of vocational training institutions providing the reproduction of qualified workforce, technicians, engineers and vocational training teachers. The authors consider the development of a harmonized set of mechanisms for the entrants selection and students training according to the employers’ requirements profiled in the cluster. The research objective includes the theoretical and applied studies, summarizing and forecasting the professional experience of Chelyabinsk State Pedagogic University in collaboration with the social partners. As the main research methods, the analysis of scientific publications was implied along with the modeling, sociopedagogical consultations, cluster relations consideration and optimization of educational process in newly created cluster subsystems.
