Abstract

Смена парадигм образования от традиционной к личностно ориентированной и переход российского образования на ФГОС требуют от дошкольного образования совершенствования подготовки воспитанников к обучению в школе. Недостаточная физическая активность детей, особенно в период активного роста скелета и мышечной массы не подкрепляется соответствующей тренировкой кардиореспираторной системы, что является одной из причин ухудшения здоровья детей, снижения жизненного тонуса.
