Деструктивные изменения компонентов педагогической деятельности в процессе становления профессионального опыта

Abstract

В статье рассмотрен феномен профессионального опыта педагога. Излагаются результаты опытно-поискового исследования, направленного на раскрытие психологических аспектов профессионального опыта в контексте значимых ситуаций и событий, сохраняющихся в опыте как определенный способ поведения, анализируется специфика прогнозирования субъектом последствий тех или иных действий в аналогичных ситуациях. Обсуждаются эмпирические данные о различиях восприятия ситуаций педагогической деятельности «новичками» и «опытными» педагогами.
