Рассматриваются основные направления реформирования системы социального обслуживания населения, компонентом которой являются национальные и региональные стандарты качества социальных услуг. Одним из типов услуг в классификации национальных стандартов являются социально-педагогические услуги, призванные обеспечить поддержание жизнедеятельности клиента в быту, расширение его возможностей в сфере использования информационных технологий
