Abstract

В статье говорится об актуальности физической подготовленности современных студентов. Рассматривается Всероссийский физкультурно-спортивный комплекс «Готов к труду и обороне» (ВФСК «ГТО») как методика оценки физической подготовленности обучающихся вузов и представлены актуальные результаты сдачи данных нормативов студентами РГППУ.
