Abstract

В работе рассматривается влияние физической культуры и спорта на профессиональную деятельность работников железной дороги и физическую подготовку студентов как будущих специалистов. Представлены меры профилактики профессиональных заболеваний опорно-двигательной системы у работников железнодорожного транспорта.

The paper considers the influence of physical culture and sports on the professional activities of railway workers and the physical training of students as future specialists. Measures for the prevention of occupational diseases of the musculoskeletal system in railway workers are presented.
