Индивидуальные различия и факторная структура инициативности, темперамента, акцентуаций характера и особенностей межличностных отношений у летного состава гражданской авиации

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются индивидуальные различия и соотношение свойств темперамента, акцентуаций характера, инициативности как профессионально важного качества летного состава и особенности межличностных отношений. На основе проведенной деловой оценки показателей успешности профессиональной деятельности выделены группы летчиков, показаны различия в этих группах. Достоверность результатов обеспечивается математическими методами обработки данных: факторным анализом и t-критерием Стьюдента.
