Abstract

The article explains the necessity of interdependent development of the new information technology platform of education (MOOC) and its anthropological bases. This will depend on the expansion of access to education for those segments of the population and those places on the planet where traditional education is inaccessible and therefore will (or not) increase the level of social and occupational mobility
