Abstract

The problem of the influence of the professional competence of a teacher of a preschool educational institution on the organization of direct interaction with families of early and preschool children is analyzed. The professional competencies of a preschool teacher in organizing and carrying out communication with parents are considered as the most important indicator of the general professionalism of a teacher. The article presents the results of the study of the components of professional competence in the field of working with families among teachers in preschool educational institutions. The article analyzes the specifics of interaction between preschool teachers and parents of preschool children, the formation of components of professional competence in the field of working with families among teachers in preschool educational institutions.

Проанализирована проблема влияния профессиональной компетентности воспитателя дошкольной образовательной организации на организацию непосредственного взаимодействия с семьями воспитанников раннего и дошкольного возраста. Обозначен важнейший показатель общего профессионализма педагога, которым являются профессиональные компетенции воспитателя в организации и реализации работы с родителями. Представлены результаты исследования компонентов профессиональной компетентности в сфере работы с семьей у воспитателей дошкольных образовательных организаций. Проанализированы специфика взаимодействия воспитателей дошкольных образовательных организаций с родителями воспитанников и сформированность компонентов профессиональной компетентности в области работы с семьей у воспитателей дошкольных образовательных организаций.
