Abstract

Проблема нарушения и коррекции осанки у детей младшего школьного возраста одна из актуальных проблем адаптивной физической культуры. Этому есть ряд причин: резкая смена деятельности ребенка с игровой в детском саду на учебную в школе; низкий уровень подготовки опорно-двигательного аппарата к статической нагрузке в дошкольных учреждениях; снижение свободной двигательной активности; недостаточное количество упражнений в позе разгрузки позвоночника на уроках физкультуры; отсутствие должного контроля и глубоких знаний о профилактике нарушений осанки у родителей.
