Abstract

Как известно, недостаток эффективных и действенных методик контроля над уровнем физической нагрузки, получаемой студентами на занятиях физической культурой, является одной из причин ухудшения уровня их здоровья. Для решения данной проблемы авторы предлагают использовать метод ЭКГ-контроля над уровнем нагрузки, с успехом зарекомендовавший себя в тренировочном процессе с профессиональными спортсменами.
