Использование должностных инструкций на малых предприятиях

Abstract

Целью исследования явилось изучение практики составления и применения должностных инструкций в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Климатическая компания «ОЗОН» (г. Нижневартовск). Установлено, что на малых предприятиях зачастую в целях экономии средств один сотрудник выполняет обязанности по двум различным областям деятельности, например, бухгалтера и кадровика. Если в этом случае в должностной инструкции не прописаны обязанности второй специальности, то эта дополнительная работа выполняется с ошибками, а руководитель по законодательству не имеет права применять дисциплинарные взыскания. Кроме того, несвоевременное обновление должностных инструкций, их отсутствие у некоторых работников не позволяет строго разграничить обязанности внутри структурного подразделения.
